ST. Pauli hooligans against homophobia

I forgot to mention that St Pauli have the highest ratio of female fans of any football club, and (correct me if I’m wrong) have the only dedicated female ultras group.
^^this is them.
I’ve posted pictures before but can’t be arsed finding them, of when an opposing team brought a banner saying something along the lines of “St Pauli women, get back in the kitchen” … so the female ultras kicked the shit out of them, stole the banner, and burned it at the next home game.

Chacarita Juniors was actually set up by an anarchist library in 1906 which declared “In soccer you learn how to act in solidarity.” The team continues to wear red and black today as a reminder of it radical roots.
